Flares Inc. takes Flare accounting software customers’ data privacy very seriously. We follow industry best practices to ensure that using our business finance and accounting online software is secure. We only store financial information about you, your business, or organization which you have provided, entered, or imported. We use top of the line 256-bit encrypted SSL server with 24/7 Firewall monitoring service to keep customers’ sensitive information safe and secured. We will not share, disclose, or sell customers’ specific and identifiable information to any third party unless required by law or ordered by a competent court.

Control of Your Data
Flares Inc. provides Services and Applications for your use. Data you entered or imported on your behalf, into Flares Services and Applications, is stored securely in our database servers. The data is accessible to you and your designated invitees through Flares Services and Applications. You are responsible for managing and protecting your data.
Flares Inc. collects registration data, credit card and bank information, including but not limited to name of financial institution, your customers / vendors lists, bank transactions. Your credit card, used to pay subscription fees and other charges to Flares, details are encrypted and securely stored by Forte Payment Solution. It is also your responsibility to keep your bank and credit card password safe and up-to-date.
Flares Inc. does not have access to your account held in financial institutions. Flares will not be able to transfer any money or make any adjustment to your bank held in financial institutions. Flares uses services, which is a one-way communication, of a third party data provider to down load transactions from financial institutions.
Flares Inc. will not access system usage history, except where permission is granted by a User to assist with resolution of a system issue or errors or ordered by Law.
Flares Inc. will use your data and information, including but not limited to your business name, individual name, physical address, phone number and email address, to inform you of products/ services which might be of interest to you. Flares staff and commercial partners might access non-identifying customer data to build aggregate profile for marketing and improving Products and Services, and customer experience.
Data Storage and Browser Privacy
Flares Inc. stores your Data in locations it considers appropriate to provide you with access from anywhere around the world. Our database storages are administered in the United States and around the world. When you access or input Data from a legal jurisdiction or country, you consent to that Data being transferred across the internet to another jurisdiction or country.
Flares Inc. stores “cookies” that contain information about your session when you log in to use our service. We use those “cookies” to monitor traffic patterns and to improve server performance and user experience. A cookie does not recognize who you are or who your organization is, but it does identify your computer. You can set your computer to accept or refuse a cookies.
When you close your account, Flares Inc. shall have the right to delete your data and other information after 30 days.
